How long will it take for my order to be processed?

To qualify for Next Day Delivery you must place your order with us, by no later than 3pm GMT. Your order if placed before 3pm will be processed the same day and despatched the same day. If placed after 3pm the order will be processed but despatched the following day.


When can I expect delivery?

Your order is despatched via courier name on a next day delivery. Specific times can not be organised. The delivery times are from 9am to 17:30pm.


What happens if I do not receive my order?

If you have not received your order please allow 48 hours after the expected delivery date before contacting us. If you wish to contact us, please email us via the contact page or telephone 0800 975 6155


How Secure Is Your Website?

When you shop with us via our website, all your financial transactions are entirely secure. Our secure server software encrypts all your payment card details. The process scrambles all the information, allowing no unauthorised third party to intercept the data.


How do I change my account details?

You can edit any of your details online. Please note that you must be logged in first to make any amendments


Why is there no items in the Sale?

Our website prices, as standard are always very competitive. We check our competitors prices frequently, and do our best to make sure we provide you with great prices. We do from time to time offer Sale Items, however we do not always have sale items on offer! Check back frequently to see any items that might be in the sale.

What happens if I am out when the parcel arrives?

If you are not in when our courier company tries to deliver a parcel to you, they will take it back to their local depot, and leave a card through your door saying that they called, and ask you to contact them for redelivery or collection.


What happens if the goods are damaged, incorrect or incomplete on arrival?

You the customer are solely responsible for checking the product upon delivery. In the unlikely event your order is received damaged, or is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 5 working days of receipt and return it immediately using the online returns procedure described here. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Enclose your order number and details of the problem. We will arrange to repair or replace your order, as long as the product has been used as intended and does not, on examination, display any signs of misuse. If faulty, please enclose a letter stating the fault(s) and return the item to us. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you need to return a product due to an error on our part, we will exchange or refund the product for you. We will also refund any reasonable associated carriage costs

As part of our commitment to bringing you the best quality at low prices, should you find one of the products on sale elsewhere at a lower price, please call us on 0800 975 6155 with evidence of that cheaper price; and give us the opportunity to beat that price.


For us to consider matching or beating that price:-

  • The product must be new and be of identical specification, and branded the same
  • The price must be current, sold from the UK and including VAT at the current rate
  • The price must be verifiable as current and correct by Gear4caravans, and not be a pricing error
  • Any price matching will include comparable services including delivery where applicable
  • The product must be in stock with the competitor and available for immediate purchase or delivery
  • We are unable to price match against offers on auction websites, private sales, market stalls, liquidation sales, trade-only discounts or trade warehouses.
  • All price matching is at the consideration and discretion of Gear4caravans. Our price-match policy is not a guarantee and may be withdrawn at any time.
